Do you want to be outdoors with friends doing something fun? Try Plumas Disc Golf. What is Disc Golf? It is a little like golf (but only a little) and a little like throwing the frizbee at the beach (a little more) It costs a little, requires only a little skill and a few tools. Then you begin having fun.
Our course is still under construction. Actually, we are still trying to gather the funds to create our course. This company is dedicated to creating a course which will be staffed by the developmentally delayed population of Plumas County, through the supervision of Plumas Rural Services A.L.I.V.E. If you have an interest in helping this process with ideas, services or, much needed funds, please contact Roger Nielsen at Plumas Rural Services.
Plumas Rural Services, Inc., is a non-profit corporation providing family services in Plumas County and neighboring counties, in Northern California.
We will sell or rent all of the needed equipment at the course. But all you need is one or more flying discs. Pay only a small fee for use of our course all day and head to the first hole. Check out the rules of Disc Golf
